The booking enquiry form
When you send an enquiry we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and the details of your event. It is sent to us by email through our email provider, Resend, and is not stored on this website. The team that runs this website for us, A Fuller Life AI, may see enquiries while they look after the site. We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you book, to plan your event. We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them for that, and no longer than two years unless you book with us.
The chat assistant
The “Ask” assistant is an automated AI front desk. Your question is sent to our website’s server and answered by an AI model running on Cloudflare. Please don’t type personal or sensitive details into it; to book, use the enquiry form. Questions are not used to train any model.
Fonts and hosting
The fonts on this site are stored on this website, so your browser does not connect to Google or any other font service. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@spoondesserts.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
